This is an ODK form used by this project to collect information on the following: 1.Artificial Insemination 2.Pregnancy Diagnosis 3.Calving event for dams 4.Female progeny monitoring 5.Milk Recording and 6.Progeny Sampling. It has been uploaded to ICAR-CIRB Aggregate server and is used on an Android App called ODK Collect to collect information from the farmers.
